Mendez

Mendez is named in An Extended Look, Rockstar's 26-minute gameplay video.

This page describes story events.

It stays blurred until you choose to read it.

About five minutes into An Extended Look (5:14), Jason and Lucia recognize a man as Mendez and wonder whether he saw them. Rockstar hasn't said who he is. Rockstar hasn't printed the name, so the spelling is ours.
