Is Flash FM back in GTA 6?

Yes. Flash FM is one of the six stations Rockstar named on Oct. 8: a pop station hosted by Robyn and Alex that Rockstar calls "the Vice City institution." Flash FM was also the pop station in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City in 2002.
