IGN's hands-off preview at Rockstar North, published Aug. 27, 2026, reports that you can swap between Jason and Lucia at almost any time, or play together. Rob Nelson, co-studio head at Rockstar North, told IGN the team chose two leads in a relationship after debating more characters.
