Key Lento is named on the "Welcome to The Keys" sign in the Launch Trailer, which credits the Key Lento Development Council.
Rockstar Games, Launch Trailer
The Launch Trailer opens (0:04) on a painted roadside sign reading "Welcome to The Keys", with a heron, a shark and tropical fish. A line along the bottom credits the Key Lento Development Council. Rockstar hasn't said where Key Lento is; for the island chain, see the Leonida Keys.
