Rockstar is paying for a free BAYO block party in Miami's Little Haiti on Nov. 22, three days after GTA 6
Michaël Brun's BAYO returns to Miami's Little Haiti on Nov. 22 for its 10th anniversary, free 'courtesy of Rockstar Games.' Tickets go by raffle, with more than half kept for Florida residents and Haitian communities.

Rockstar Games is paying for a free block party in Miami's Little Haiti. BAYO, the event series from Haitian producer Michaël Brun, returns to the neighborhood on Sunday, Nov. 22, for its 10th anniversary, with free admission "courtesy of Rockstar Games," according to the announcement.
The show comes three days after Grand Theft Auto VI arrives on Nov. 19, and VICE lists it among Rockstar's GTA 6 promotions in Miami. The announcement itself doesn't mention the game.
How to get in
- It's free, by raffle. Tickets are given out through a raffle, and fans sign up at bayotour.com.
- More than half are for locals. The organizers say more than half of the tickets are earmarked for Florida residents and Haitian communities.
- It's big. The event expects 7,500 people, which the organizers call BAYO's biggest show yet.
- Where exactly: the announcement says a new venue in Little Haiti but doesn't name it. Check bayotour.com for the details as the date gets closer.
The lineup is a surprise. Past BAYO shows have brought out guests such as Wyclef Jean, J Balvin and Machel Montano, and the Miami edition adds a vendor village of Haitian and Caribbean food and art.
What BAYO is
BAYO means "to give." Brun, a Grammy-winning producer born and raised in Port-au-Prince, made the event's US debut as a free block party in Little Haiti 10 years ago, the announcement says, and BAYO has since played 12 cities. "I'm so proud to be bringing BAYO back to Little Haiti for our biggest show ever," Brun said.
Part of Rockstar's month in Miami
The block party is the latest of Rockstar's moves in the city before and after launch:

- Billboards for GTA 6's parody brands around downtown. Our story has what's been spotted.
- The Kaseya Center, with its "Welcome to Vice City" sign, Burger Shot and Cluckin' Bell stands, and the HEAT's Vice City night on Nov. 18.
GTA 6 comes out Nov. 19 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Our Vice City guide covers the game's version of the city.
