Vice City returns as the state's glamour capital, and Rockstar's official description covers both sides of it: sun, fun and money, and the greed that comes with them.
The official site names several parts of the city. Ocean Beach has the art deco hotels, Little Cuba has its panaderias, the Tisha-Wocka flea market is here, and so is VC Port. Southside Vice City is home to the PTT Youngin$ gang compound that the Ultimate Edition lets players raid.
