“over 50 signature tattoos for both Jason and Lucia”

From Rockstar's official description

Electric Fang is a tattoo parlor in Stockyard. Rockstar says its signature tattoos, more than 50 of them for Jason and Lucia, were designed by the artist collective FAILE, and it marks the parlor as Ultimate Edition only.

The Stock 305 Clothing Store, another Ultimate Edition shop, is also in Stockyard. Every Ultimate Edition item is in our price and editions guide.
