Teile

Teile is lit up on both sides of the DJ booth in Rockstar's Vice City 13 screenshot of a packed nightclub.

Teile glows on two signs at the DJ booth in Rockstar's Vice City 13 screenshot, from the Launch Gallery. Rockstar's description of the image calls it a Vice City nightclub but doesn't name it, so Teile could be the club, the DJ or a brand.
