The Rusty Anchor

A beach bar in the Leonida Keys, named on its sign in Rockstar's Leonida Keys screenshot, with a crowd on the porch and a man passed out at a picnic table.

Outside The Rusty Anchor, a beach bar in the Leonida Keys: a man has passed out at a picnic table among empty bottles, a couple kisses and people crowd the porch.
Rockstar Games

The sign over the porch reads The Rusty Anchor in Rockstar's screenshot of the Leonida Keys. Rockstar describes the scene as a beach bar: a man passed out at a picnic table among empty bottles, a couple kissing, and people heading in or hanging out on the porch. Rockstar hasn't described the bar in text. More in our Leonida Keys guide.
