Rockstar Games

The official soundtrack album for Grand Theft Auto VI, called Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, comes out Nov. 19, the same day as the game. Rockstar made it with Atlantic Records, it has 34 original tracks, and six singles have been out since Sept. 17. Rockstar has also named six of GTA 6's radio stations and previewed three songs on each, none of them from The Album.

Rockstar announced The Album on the Rockstar Newswire on Sept. 17. Everything below comes from that announcement, Rockstar's Oct. 8 radio post, and Rockstar's own site and YouTube descriptions.

The six singles out now

Rockstar released six singles on Sept. 17, the day it announced The Album. The credits below are exactly as Rockstar lists them on the Newswire, and the artist credits also appear on the official GTA 6 music page.

#ArtistSongCredits
1Yung Lean"That's It"feat. Future & Metro Boomin
2Travis Scott"RHYNO"prod. by Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo
3CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, PinkPantheress, Fred again.. & Etienne de Crécy"Sexy Magic"None listed
4Morgan Wallen"Last Thing You Need"None listed
5Rauw Alejandro"Macacoa 2000"None listed
6Keith Richards"Bright Lights, Big City"None listed

All six are on major streaming services, and Rockstar's music page plays each one in full. Rockstar said on Oct. 8 that more singles from The Album are on the way. None of the six is among the songs in Rockstar's radio station previews, and Rockstar has not said whether The Album's tracks play on the in-game radio.

Vinyl, CD and where to buy

You can pre-save The Album on streaming services now. Vinyl and CD editions arrive at launch, and Rockstar's announcement lists two ways to buy them.

  • Exclusives at gtavi-thealbum.com. The Album's official store, run by Atlantic Records at gtavi-thealbum.com, has three exclusive versions: a limited-edition liquid-filled vinyl, a splatter-edition vinyl and a CD jewel case.
  • Retailer vinyl colorways. Blood Records, Best Buy, Walmart, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Target, Urban Outfitters and independent record stores carry their own vinyl colorways.

Check each store for colors, prices and shipping details before you order.

In-game radio and the dynamic score

GTA 6 will have in-game radio and a dynamic score. Rockstar confirmed both in the album announcement, saying more music news was on the way about "the dynamic score, the next evolution of in-game radio, and more."

On Oct. 8, Rockstar named six of the radio stations: Cocoteo FM, Back Country Radio, AfroBank FM, The Chamber 106.6, Flash FM and Dirty South Classics. Its preview of each station plays three songs, from Bad Bunny on Cocoteo FM to Slayer on The Chamber 106.6. It also said GTA 6 is the first game in the series with on-demand podcasts, and that radio and podcasts play on foot through headphones and earbuds. Our radio stations guide has the hosts and genres of all six and every song in the previews.

What has not been announced: full tracklists, the rest of the station list and how the dynamic score works. Rockstar's previews name three songs per station; any longer station tracklist you see online did not come from Rockstar. We track this on our not-confirmed ledger.

Some headlines have also put Miami rappers on the soundtrack. Rupert Humphries, Rockstar's senior vice president of narrative, told Dazed the team loves Miami music and named Kodak Black and Sexyy Red among recent Miami artists, but he did not say their songs are in the game. More in our story on the Dazed feature.

Songs in the GTA 6 trailers

Rockstar's YouTube descriptions name the song in each of the first two trailers.

VideoReleasedSongArtist
Trailer 1Dec. 4, 2023"Love Is A Long Road"Tom Petty
Trailer 2May 6, 2025"Hot Together"The Pointer Sisters

Neither song is one of The Album's six singles, and Rockstar has not said whether either will be on the in-game radio. You can watch both on our trailers page.

The Album cover art

The cover art shows Jason and Lucia leaning on a car at dusk, with palm trees and a city skyline behind them. Rockstar has posted it on its official artwork and wallpapers page alongside the rest of the game's official art. Update log

  • Oct. 8, 2026: Added the six radio stations Rockstar named, its podcasts and listening on foot.
  • Oct. 8, 2026: The credit on "That's It" now matches Rockstar's Newswire exactly ("feat. Future & Metro Boomin"). We also replaced a line saying Rockstar hadn't named any radio songs: its station previews name 18, none from The Album. Added Rockstar's promise of more singles.
